in reply to: Pain in the opposite leg after a laminectomy #27059
I reached week 6 post surgery and done wearing back brace. I stop have the odd feeling on bottom large toe of left and right foot. To explain better it’s not a pain but the feeling of walking on a blister or as if additional skin or tissue under there.
I’m thinking of buying better insoles for shoes that may help.
Any suggestions?
This is a little annoying at most.
Overall doing well. No burning or pain. Just a little soreness at back at time but nothing much really.

I guess the symptoms in to 2 big toes on right and left foot, give that time to heal?It will take time unless nerves are damage. If so I’ll get nerve test later. Too soon now.
Before I attempt to run again this summer I plan to get new MRI first. Even if I’m doing grest
in reply to: Pain in the opposite leg after a laminectomy #26984Hi,
I had a lot of on and off ache yesterday evening into the night at the lower part of the back near the incision area. I was a little worried as to what that could be. I hope nothing more than things settling or ache from wearing that back brace and all.
This morning it is more around the left hip.

in reply to: Pain in the opposite leg after a laminectomy #26971Going well, 4 weeks post surgury
Only minor thing is that the large toe on right and left foot has that feeling like feeling like something user skin of toes when walking. That may go away in time as nerves heal. A little annoying at most
