    thanks for your reply dr,
I had the acdf of c6/7 in November, and then a posterior decompression of c6/7 (due to bone spurs) in march,
ive already been having physical therapy for this current issue with no luck to date, I did have a nrsi injection at c6/7 which didn’t help, but I am open minded, I will make an appointment to see my specialist and see what he would recommend, hes very conservative and does not jump straight into surgery without trying other options first

hi dr, thanks for your reply, after follow up with my surgeon we decided on a posterior decompression,
a ct scan showed the fusion was fusing well so he didn’t have to fuse it at the back, it almost instantly solved the nerve issues I was having in my left arm, im still having some minor issues with my pinky and ring fingers which is due to the ulnar nerve been caught up at the elbow again (had decompression last year),
but I can live with that for the time being, just looking forward to getting back to work after 6 months off

the emg study came back with , moderate chronic c7 radiculopathy, I see my surgeon again on Monday to see where to from here, the nerve root sleeve injection only brought minor relief for a few days
