    Hello

PT is still going well. That big toe still flares up through out day when on my feet. More annoying than anything.

The burning in foot and leg seem be less but these past 3 days the leg and foot seem to heat up more frequent on and off during the day. Is there reason for concern or just ignore it for now? No pain just beats up.

You seem to be improving. I would give these symptoms about 4 more weeks and I bet you will have 50% improvement.

    Ok
I’ll stay on course for now. I guess a little flare up at times is to be expected.

I am a distant runner and my theropist said he see no reason why u can’t run 4-5 months post surgury.

    Do you agree?

I would agree but I would generally allow running at 3 months.

Thank you for helping me stay on course. I’ve been tempted a few times to get an MRI for peace of mind. Lol
