    I assumed disk were on both sides like you said. Reason I ask was because bad side was the left leg that it good now after the Surgury. So u assume bulge was on that side. The better leg that now flares up after surgury right leg.

    I forgot to mention, I did the walking on heals on in even surface and did not have any problems.

    Without motor weakness, give these symptoms some time. If the symptoms don’t gradually improve over time, a new MRI is warranted.

    Ik,

    I’d like to do 4-6 weeks PT after my 6 week restriction. That’s if the symptoms don’t continue. Is hate to start PT if symptoms continue and make things worse if there is a problem.
