    Hello,

I had another mild weird symptom after my workout (run) Friday. I felt fine during and after the run that morning but half way into the day while sitting I felt a sharp ache that would last 1 second on the lower back area. It would come and go thru out the weekend but mostly when sitting only in a upright position. I hope it is nothing more than a strain from doing too much.

Ill give it time. What are your thoughts?

Don’t be too hypervigilant in assessing symptoms. Try to ignore these “little points of discomfort” These symptoms can occur with stretch of the annular fibers. Be more “forgiving” of your back.

    Hi

Area below stomach cramp on and off. Been a week now. Not sure what it is. Started a week ago half way into my 4 mile run. Any ideas on what this can be? Hooegully not back related from surgery.

You’re too hyper-vigilant with your symptoms. Radiculopathy from the lumbar spine does not refer to the lower abdomen. Sometimes a cramp is just a cramp.
