Excellent! Just be mindful of “BLT” (bend, load, twist). Eliminate one of those three with back motion and you have less chance of injury. Eliminate two and you are reasonably safe with back activities.

    Hi,

Went out of town for a few days last week. drive was 7 hours. I felt fine when I got to where family was going and fine when we returned on Thursday of last week. But the following day after our return I started feeling lower back soreness I was in the yard spraying an ant mount when the soreness started. I guess I have to give it time and this is nothing unusual in my case after a long road trip.

    Do you agree?

Don’t be concerned. Nerves can deliver messages without stimulation. Ignore this.
