    Almost feel like im leaning against a knot the way it is when back against a seat. Very uncomfortable

    Hard to tell if sore or a burning we when pressure against back sitting

    You can have some scar at your incision site that makes it feel like a lump is there when you lean against it. Normally, this lump should disappear or significantly shrink over a year.

    That lump is a lot smaller than it was a year ago. That soreness burn like feeling is grom lower to mid back.

    Not sure if this from when i left that mulch over a month ago.

    Hopfully i did not reherinate. What does it sound like to you?

    This has nothing to do with a recurrent herniation. Probably simply let it get better over time.
