Hi
Ive been doing well so far this year. But a week a go while doing yard work may have put a strain on lower back. I put out 7 bags of heavy mulch and lower back around surgery area has been sore for past werk. No ne nerve pain. But discomfort when sitting and bsck against chair and sensitive ro touch around that area of back.
What does this sound like to you? Any reason to be alarmed or get x ray , give it time or what.
