    Hi

Ive been doing well so far this year. But a week a go while doing yard work may have put a strain on lower back. I put out 7 bags of heavy mulch and lower back around surgery area has been sore for past werk. No ne nerve pain. But discomfort when sitting and bsck against chair and sensitive ro touch around that area of back.

What does this sound like to you? Any reason to be alarmed or get x ray , give it time or what.

Remember that you had a through and through annular tear that caused the disc herniation. This makes the disc less resilient to load. Your reaction to heavy loads with back soreness is typical. Learn to load your back properly. Read this: https://neckandback.com/treatments/conservative-treatment-mechanical-lower-back-disorders/

    Thank you.
I’ll have to read up on what you sent.

Is there any need to see a dr for what i described?

    Hi

The back is coming along. Still tight like a rubberband from lower back to mid spine that i feel when sitting in a slouched position. I am stretching everyday to see if that helps. I guess i have to give that time.
