    I hope your holidays went well. Mine went ok. I still have that blister like feeing on the large toes and experienced some soreness from time to time near the incision area and around the hip and piriformis muscle area. No bad pain, just soreness from time to time.

    Any reason for concern?

    Soreness is par for the course, especially after a recurrent disc where the nerve has been “bruised”. It can take as much as 6 months for many of the symptoms to resolve.

    I’ll continue to be patient. I decided to hold off on taking any turmeric since I’m not in pain or anything like that.

    I noticed to blister feeling is less when I am at my home and not wearing shoes vs wearing shoes.
