    You are improving, give it time. Insoles in shoes can increase pressure. Larger toe-box shoes will help.

    I can’t discuss actions of herb supplements but if you get relief and this herb is safe, if you were my patient I would have a problem with this supplement.

    I don’t think many herb supplements have great treatment value but I am not against them either.
