I am sorry for bothering you. Doctor, I have just one question that I hope to answer me. I had an unsuccessful operation two and a half years ago because of spondylolysis. two monrh ago The doctor decided to remove the screws for the second time, beacuse it was putting pressure on the third and fourth disks. After the second surgery, the doctor told me to shave a portion of the bulging disk that had entered the spinal canal to open the canal. now Does anterior epidural hyper signal lesion ib l1 l2 l3 l4 happen after first or second surgery or not? and This situation can cause pain? thankyou very much.
Since the surgery, how have your initial symptoms changed? Are they more intense, different or changed in quality? Did the surgical fusion fuse or is there a pseudoarthrosis?
