    Hello Doctor,

    Here I give you the complete report mentioned in the MRI.

    Disc desiccation. At L5 S1 level’ as evidenced by loss of normal T2 hyper intensity
    L5 S1 Disc height is reduced , shows posterior and left paracentral protusion indenting the anterior epidural fat, mildly in indenting the thecal sac,
    Traversing S1 nerve roots more so soft on left and mildly compromising the left neural for amen.
    Mild posterior bulge of few cervical discs.

    Kindly let me know what is the exact problem and what is the correct step to be taken in this case.
