    hello. thank you again.I postoperative Almost somewhat between 15 to 20 percent, My legs pain improved but Burning my thighs did not improve at all.this is my mri before surgery: l4 l5 disk shows central shallow protrusion. 2- diffuse disc bulging is seen at l3-l4 & l5-s1. 3-mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis at l4-l5. and this is my NCV and EMG : NCV and latencies are within normal values.normal h-reflexes. EMG: neurogenic findings in l5 myotomes. ” conclusion: chronic bilateral l5 partial roots lesion without active denervation potential. my ct scan of the PRT:”no pain relife after 20 min was seen.”. ” normal whole body bone scan in gama scan”. “normal dorsal spine mri.” “normal pelvic mri.” ” cervical mri: disc dehydration are seen at c3-c4, c4-c5, c5-c6 level. and disc bulging is seen at c3-c4 level.” ” EEG is normal.” ” MRI of the brain is normal.” ” hla b27 , aso , crp and rf were negative ” . In terms of Rheumatology and Fibromyalgia was negative.” and this is the medicins that I was taking : naproxen-gabapentin-vitaminb1-fluoxetine-bupropion-clomipramine-clonazepam-venlafaxine-nortriptyline-meloxicam-fluvoxamine maleate-methylprednisolone acetate- duloxi cap- pregabaline- moclobemide- lyrica-amitriptyline- paroxetine-alprazolam-aripiprazole-triple flex- tizanidine- orap pimozide- celecoxib- olanzapine-terancopin- valproate de sodium- zolpidom… please guide me.excusme if i bother you. i cant speak english well. thankyou very much.

    I thank you again for your reply. I hope you are always healthy and happy. in the fact after surgery,my leg pain didnt improve and only my back pain get worse and worse. and now Nearly two years have passed since my surgery and In a new photo that I took of my waist, my doctor said everything is fine.He said he no longer knows what the problem is. by the way, Before surgery,I also did facet joint block But the pain did not decrease.I only ask of you is The great burning and tingling in my thigh End and end. I want to be able to sit And stand.thankyou very much

    Thankyou very much. yes i have a spondylolisthesis of l5 but my doctor fix my lumbar l4 l5 and s1 via surgery. mr Dr. Corenman here many doctors told me that there is spondylolisthesis on my lumbar but it is not so hard and chronic that it can generate these pains on two legs. I ask you to tell me what to do and what is my problem.I am a young man that I love to work and raise a family.is there away for me that i send my picturs of my lumbar to you? thank you very much.
