Greetings and good luck. At age 17 I was hit from the side waist and back pain and pain in my left leg . Up to the age of 27, but not in severe pain with me. Then the pain greatly improved so that the waist to the soles of both feet tingling and shooting, and burning thighs swept abundant. Nearly 50 sessions of physiotherapy and 170 hydrotherapy sessions and 20 kilos of weight and one and a half years under the supervision of specialist neurological diseases not achieve any results. I was finally diagnosed with slippery lumbar l5 s1 spine surgery.
But some doctors Mgftnd that there are not slippery and pain can not be linked to the slippery But some doctors Mgftnd that there are not slippery and pain can not be linked to the slippery Now, after about two years of my wounds remained the same case with the sport and also do water treatment However, about one and a half years that I am under psychiatric doctor. please guide me. I am emotionally and mentally in very good condition
I also was put under hypnosis and td .

I assume that “slippery” means a slip of the vertebra (spondylolisthesis). Do you have an isthmic spondylolisthesis of L5-S1 (check the radiological report)? This could mean that the L5 root are compressed which would generate the symptoms you note. Check the website for isthmic spondylolisthesis (https://neckandback.com/conditions/isthmic-spondylolisthesis-slipping-of-a-vertebra-because-of-fracture/).

Did your leg pain improve, change or get worse after surgery? Did you have some relief of your leg pain for 3-6 months after surgery but the pain then has returned?

If you had no leg pain improvement then most likely the decompression part of the surgery was ineffective. It is a possibility that you had chronic nerve injury (chronic radiculopathy) but that is unlikely without any change in your leg pain post-operatively. I think you also might also have a non-solid fusion if you have continued back pain after surgery. You need a second opinion to verify what your current status is.
