    Could the pain generator be the Facets at L4 but felt at L5-S1? The MRI indicates hypertrophy at L-4 but the pain is lower.

    Hello, thanks for the reply. The pain in between the Facet and the SI. CT indicates fusion fine. Only other thing is MRI indicates mild L4-5 degeneration and Facet hypertrophy. However, the pain is felt at L5-S1.
