    thankyou. this is an only report I have:

    1- l3 and l4 vertebra showing bilateral laminectomy

    2- l3 and l4 bilateral transpedicular fixation device (screw) are noted causing mri artifact.

    3- there is anterior epidural hyper signal lesion at l1 l2 , l2 l3, l3 l4 level mostly in keeping with post op dural ectasia.

    4- spinal canal caliber is normal.

    5- Disc spaces have normal shape and signal intensity.

    6- part of spinal cord is visualized and conus medullaris has normal shapes and signal intensity.

    7- Nueral of foraminal, thecal sac and nerve roots have normal shape and signal intensity
