    I think you are really stressed with these symptoms but I think you should relax somewhat and allow time and symptoms to take their course. Give it three weeks and then revisit the symptoms.

    Hi

    In your opinion does it matter what back brace I wear? I have to big one I got from hospital after surgury I wear at home but when at work I wear a,smaller one I purchased that I can wear under my shirt.

    The brace in a simple laminectomy will be adequate if it creates pressure around the belly and reminds you not to BLT (bend, load, twist). I assume it probably will do the job.
