I’ll let my body continue to heal and try running in November. By then 1 year would have pass since surgery

I hope not back issues coming back.
Expect the nerve root to continue to be “persnickety” for a couple of years. I would not be too concerned.

No fun. I hope it’s nothing. I’ll take motrain and see if that helps
Its been a week now and the soreness is not gone yet. it has not gotten any worse. Some days it seems better. For now I just take Tylenol/ibprofin to help some. I am 80% sure it is muscle related rather back/nerve.
I’ll give it another week. if not better see a doctor. All I do from day to day is walk a mile at lunch unless I strain something around the side hip area on walk or going up stairs or this hard chair I sit in at work.
