    Oh ok

    I’ll decide one way or the other soon.

    I know it’s better to just get removed although I don’t won’t surgury, most part due to 6 week recovery all over shin.

    I’ll be sure to keep you posted.

    If to fragment were not in the spinal canal I would not even consider surgury

    He explain why vs disectonmy. Look at old,MRI also and said Valente had right approach and,bad nothing to do with the herination. said the disk was in weakened state like now and would most likely happen again and he would not do the disectonmy but someone else can if I choose that option.
