You have mild-moderate instability of C4-5, Again, if you don’t participate in dangerous activities, you should be OK.It is possible that over time, the degeneration continues and the level might need to be stabilized.

I have a question ? Is there anything I can do to stop the degeneration from getting worse at the C4-5 level or the only way is to have Surgery ? Dr.Corenman thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to answer my question for me. Have a good day !!Thank You,
Physical stress is associated with further degeneration. If you were a pro mogul skier, you would wear this level out faster that if you were a competitive crochet participant.
