Degenerative disc disease can cause local neck pain and pain radiating into the shoulders and up the base of the head. I cannot tell you why you have EMG changes in C6 and C7 as your MRI has no compression of these structures. You might have an entrapment neuropathy in your shoulders or arms but the arm symptoms don’t seem to be originating from the neck itself.

You know the MRI shows two angles of the angle from the side, and one angle inside, what happens when he shows each region from c2-t1 is showing the nerves in all areas and see if there is damage to certain nerves and I see it very well I’m not a radiologist but I get the picture , this particular damage to the nervous system even at the top of the neck and at the bottom if you see the images was would understand what I mean when you see a white substance that falls nerve in choppy C6-7 certain area on both sides of this explains why there is a weakness in the hands, fingers shaking what little alone even when I lift my shoulder to hold the body straight, my shoulder muscles start to jump, while seeing little neck area also jumps C4
So that explains a little more.
Again, I do not Dokrtor and radiologist but I study the subject a few months and I can not figure out quite a bi
I looked good on the nervous system images from C2-T1 I’ll look more but I compared your images in the video MRI is normal how nervous look where and how I, or in the video of Dr. gavrielov, I see that there is a problem in the white matter that runs from Hhatzbim out of both sides of the spinal cord in the same area

I cannot comment on what you see. There are many artifacts on MRIs including flow artifact (motion of CSF) and motion artifacts due to breathing while acquiring the images. There are also volume averaging artifacts so again, I cannot comment on these.
