In summary: There were no significant narrowing of the spinal canal or canals Hnoiroforminliot. without evidence Lmialoftih.I would not worry about nerve or cord compression as you have no symptoms of either. I worry about fracture or instability. X-rays with flexion/extension views and possibly a CT scan could be indicated. I have found that radiologists occasionally miss facet injuries on the MRI.
