    Thank you… the pain I suffer now is across the whole occipital region surrounding the atlas. The clunk sound is aggravating when I jump… along with the vertebral artery pumping LOUD when heart rate is up due to exercise.

    I can’t spleep the pain is annoying… the tinnitus is on and off and sound comes and goes.
