I’m not a dr or a nurse, though am not good in scientific english but I hope every budy can simply understand me.
I’m sick with a long time back pain problem where after taking an x-ray the conclusion of the axamination showed that ”sacralized L5″
As my dr. told me that I have no problem, but the pains is increasing day after day in my back, chest and in the mid of stomac and chest.
I have arleady taken endoscope, utrasound, ECO and ECG but their resealts showd that every things are normal. Only lumber x-ray showed the results above “sacralized L5”
Please help me to know the meaning of this statement and is it true that I have no problem? If yes why the pain is continuing and increasing day after day?
Thanks, I hope to get help from here….
    Regards.

It is very uncommon to have a “sacralized L5” cause pain. If it does cause pain, the pain would be local right at the transfers-alar articulation. See https://neckandback.com/conditions/bertolottis-syndrome-colorado-spine-surgeon/ to understand this disorder.

Pain in the chest and stomach can originate from the thoracic spine from a disc herniation but that would be even more rare than Bertolotti’s syndrome (above).

There are other pain generators that are not spine generated that can cause your pain. See the section https://neckandback.com/conditions/dangerous-mimics-of-back-pain/ to understand these other pain generators.
