Yeah I did a little on the lest side it would come and go,
Findings.Allignment in lumbosacral is normal on ap and lateral view. There is no sign of any destructive lesion. The Si joints are normal. A very large disc prolapse with extrusion of disc material is seen at the l5s1 level the extrusion projects upwards of the l5s1 level to the right prosteria side of the canal causing impingement of the right s1 nerve root there was no displacement of the S2 root nerve towards prosteria. The base of the lesion is wide measuring 20 mm from side to side. The ap diameter of lesion is 14mm and from superior to inferior measures 19mm. There was some moderate forminal stenosis at the l5s1
I have little idea what all this means but it’s a lot better now than before just concerned about new pain during my procedure I had a decompression of the nerve root what ever that means I’m.not sure he told me the piece of material was about 12 mm round that was removed also from what I understand the original disc bulge which was identified two months prior to the prolapse was central but favoured the right slightly. I’m still hoping it’s just swelling around the spine causing new symptoms
