in reply to: Pain in the opposite leg after a laminectomy #31214
Hello,
I had another mild weird symptom after my workout (run) Friday. I felt fine during and after the run that morning but half way into the day while sitting I felt a sharp ache that would last 1 second on the lower back area. It would come and go thru out the weekend but mostly when sitting only in a upright position. I hope it is nothing more than a strain from doing too much.
Ill give it time. What are your thoughts?

Any reason for concern since im running? Just 1 to 2 times a week. 1.5 miles at most

Looks like i still have little soreness around left hip and left but area. Nothing bad. Hard to say if nerve related due to inflammation. I’ll monitor for now as long as nothing bad.
What do you make of this and suggest?

in reply to: Pain in the opposite leg after a laminectomy #30736Hi,
Went out of town for a few days last week. drive was 7 hours. I felt fine when I got to where family was going and fine when we returned on Thursday of last week. But the following day after our return I started feeling lower back soreness I was in the yard spraying an ant mount when the soreness started. I guess I have to give it time and this is nothing unusual in my case after a long road trip.
Do you agree?
