I am writing to see if there is reason to be concerned.I had not did any running in 7 weeks and ran about 3.5 miles outside and felt fine during the run and after the run. Took a shower. Then within 30 minutes ststed to assemble a tv stand that arrived. There were a dew long boatds. And halfway in to assembling i must have bend my back or bemd down too quickly while grabing that board and felt a sharp psin in that lower lum er area. I stop aseblimg sstand for dsy. Lower back really sore and stiff with some didcomdirt. No burning sesbdastions amd no muscles weakness. But i can fellt it most at time when i first sit or have to knel down to pick up something. I just took ibuprofen and used heating pad. This morning really stuff and sore with some didcomdirt and even more noticable when i sneezed while standing. Is there and real reason for concern this soon that i may have reherinated or that this sound like a stain more than anything? Plus my back was most likely weak from the 3.5 mile run i had prior early before later accemcling tv stand when i bend bsck to reach for a board and felt that shsrp pain in lumbar area.
