    Ok
I’ll stay on course for now. I guess a little flare up at times is to be expected.

I am a distant runner and my theropist said he see no reason why u can’t run 4-5 months post surgury.

    Do you agree?

    Hello

PT is still going well. That big toe still flares up through out day when on my feet. More annoying than anything.

The burning in foot and leg seem be less but these past 3 days the leg and foot seem to heat up more frequent on and off during the day. Is there reason for concern or just ignore it for now? No pain just beats up.

    Ok
How long does this typically last?

The big toe is not swollen, just feels like it is.

    Good morning,

I know we talked regarding the opposite leg and I agree to give things time with the on and off burning. Should this be the same with the big toe on that opposite leg also. Seems like it is always has that numb swollen feeling like sandpaper on the bottom whenever I am up walking no matter what time of the day it is. It does not cause pain but it is constant and bothersome.

Is there any reason for concern for this?

    Thanks!

Today was day 1 of PT. Theropist said afterwards,

stick to your walking and add that hamstring stretch we worked on today for now

I want to see how you tolerate the DBC equipment before we do too much more
