in reply to: Pain in the opposite leg after a laminectomy #29742Hi,
Not sure what is going on but experiencing a lot of soreness and discomfort on the back. Fine when I’m up and walking and all. I can feel it mainly when sitting and my back leaning against a chair. Sometime it is at the mid to upper part of back and sometime around the lower back. A slight burn back there sometimes from back being irritated when I am sitting and back again the back of a chair seat. Not sure if its due from lifting weights or running or what really. Any ideas?
in reply to: Pain in the opposite leg after a laminectomy #29684Hi,
Now that I’m running again is there any advice or anything you can suggest?
Right now i just walk a little and jog a little. My goal is to run a half marathon by may next year even if i have run run n walk the half.
in reply to: Pain in the opposite leg after a laminectomy #29442I decided to gradually start running. Just small steps for now. Run 2 minutes and walk 2 minutes and gradually build over time.
I need to get my core stomaxh and back muscles strong to support the back.
Small steps and if there is any problems I’ll stop.
