    Respected sir,
After a long time i again seek your help.
I had an MRI report :-
MRI EXAMINATION OF THE L.S SPINE BY OBTAINING FOLLOWING SEQUENCE PROTOCOL
    AXIAL T1/T2
    SAGITTAL T1/T2 STIR
DISC degeneration is noted at L4-L5 level, which is seen as dark discal signals on T2WI
The vertebrae show normal morphological appearances and signal intensity.
At L4-L5 level, there is evidence of diffuse disc bulge causing indentation of spinal theca and lateral recess stenosis. However no obvious narrowing ofneural foramina and compression of traversing/exiting nerve roots.BILATERAL facetal anthropathy and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy is appreciated at this level.
No pre or paravertebral soft tissue component is present.
visualized portion of spinal cord appear normal.
Lumbar canal measurements at various levels:
    L1-L2 (IV disc) 17mm
    L2-L3 (IV disc) 17mm
    L3-L4 (IV disc) 17mm
    L4-L5 (IV disc) 13.5mm
    L5-S1 (IV disc) 12.5mm
    IMPRESSION: FEATURES ARE SUGGESTIVE OF:-
*dISC DEGENERATION AT L4-L5 LUMBER INTERVERTETEBRAL DISC LEVEL.
    *Spondylotic changes in spine.
*Disc bulge with adequate canal at L4-L5 disc level.

Again a very thank you for your reply sir.Based on my earlier blood report doc.asked me for HLAB-27 & ESR which became negative .Shall i concern about spondylitis ?Because my lower back pain is still persisting.
I am very afraid because of high lymphocytes sir.Though my pain is bit relaxed yesterday but no improvement today.

    Thank you sir.
