Lower back pain has a myriad of causes. See the section “Causes of lower back pain” under “Conditions” to fully understand what these causes are.

Your X-rays are normal according to the radiologist but that does not mean much. There are subtle differences that can reveal a lower back pain cause but might not be picked up by this radiologist.

A good history and physical examination can be the start of the discovery of origins of your lower back pain.

Lab tests are helpful if an infection or spondyloarthropathy is suspected. A spondyloarthropathy is an autoimmune syndrome where the immune system attacks the proteins of the spine. This is very rare.

Most spinal disorders will have normal labs tests.

Again a very thank you for your reply sir.Based on my earlier blood report doc.asked me for HLAB-27 & ESR which became negative .Shall i concern about spondylitis ?Because my lower back pain is still persisting.
I am very afraid because of high lymphocytes sir.Though my pain is bit relaxed yesterday but no improvement today.

    Thank you sir.

If ESR and HLA-B27 are negative, it is highly unlikely that this is a spondyloarthropathy. The great majority of time, back pain is degenerative.
