Thanks again.
I have now received a possible date for the posterior fusion and will have a appointment next week for final consultation.
Do you think it’s wise to fuse from c3-c6 although c4-c6 is fused with < 1-2mm movement or its enough with c3-c4in reply to: Non fusion c3-c4 #31601Thank you!
I have uploaded the pictures that shows the non fusion.
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/w3ikt8rm1d5qs4o/AACDDRk5MiclXxoAlCUDARWGa?dl=0I have done a nerve block and it help the scalenes, they become more loose and I could move my head from side to side more smoother.
But the stiffness in the levator did not help.If I do a posterior how long is the incision. I’m afraid of more stiffness in my muscles.
And from the pictures, do you think I need to stable c3 C4 and remove the pseduarhrosis with a new surgery.
Thanksin reply to: Non fusion c3-c4 #31563Thanks for the reply.
In my case I have muscle pain in neck at the scalenes ( all of them) and levator scapulae.
Bonespurrs that has grown and put some pressure on the nerves due to the non-fusion and can keep growing if there is pseduarthrosis.
Do you believe e revision surgery would help the muscle tightness and my symptoms I have.in reply to: Non fusion c3-c4 #31564Thanks for the reply.

Thank you ??in reply to: Non fusion c3-c4 #31537Just wanna add that the implant in c3-c4 is ok and screws are in place but still motion in that level.
So the surgeon talked about posterior surgery to lock down the level fully. -
