I apreciate your response.There are compressions from uncinate spurs and discal material anteriorly. I work in resource poor environment. I retract the neck with a bandage as i do not have casper pins and power burrs. I therefore use pituitary rongeur to remove the uncinate spur and the disc material through anterior discectomt.I shape a cortico-cancellous graft and put it in the intervertebral disc space. The patient is left in a cervica collar for six weeks. In the future, i hope to acquire some tools so that the procedures will be more elegant.
