    Hi Dr. Corenman, My X-RAY report said that I have Grade 1 Anterolisthesis at C4-C5 level.Dr Corenman does this mean it’s unstable at the level!! Please explain !! Thank You !!

    You have this condition at C4-5 (https://neckandback.com/conditions/degenerative-spondylolisthesis-cervical/). It can be stable or unstable depending upon the condition of the facets and disc. The flexion/extension X-rays will reveal how stable it is. Sometimes, there is little concern and sometimes this condition needs to be surgically stabilized.

    Hi Dr.Corenman, I was told I have Facet Arthropathy and uncovertebral joint Arthropathy.Dr.corenman would this cause my Grade 1 Anterolisthesis to be unstable at my C4-C5 Level ?? Any help would be greatly appreciated !! Thank You

    By definition, you had degenerative facet disease if you have a degenerative spondylolisthesis. The vertebra cannot slip unless a fractured or degenerative facet(s) is/are present.
