If you can’t see the mass in two separate views (sagittal and cross-section views), then it probably is an artifact-a distortion of the imaging that sometimes occurs.

The lemon size blob must be my brain :-) I went back & looked again and it shows up in first 3 pictures and not where I thought.
The pain is subsiding a little after being still and not raising my head or turning & probably should be in a brace.
Takes so stinkin long to get a appointment here in Dallas then probably another 2 months to get treated
Good thing I’m retired or I’d be missing a lot of work I’ll take your suggestion and get the report from the experts!
    Thanks again Doc
    God bless

The brain has a number of cisterns or pools of CSF (cerebrospinal fluid) that will look “white” on cross section. These are generally normal and not to be of a concerning nature.

Many of my pics are distorted but & I hope what’s needed to find the problem. MRI was bad experience it was hot & I was in pain the whole time that might be the reason sweat built up in my eye sockets. After about 20 minutes I couldn’t take it & had to tat least take a break. I was given a fail save button that didn’t work right away. I was told “hold on only 5 more minutes. Tried to get out myself & cut my arm. Very bad experience & believe that’s why most of the pics are distorted. Now not sure I want to go back there at all.
