The DTRAX system is very similar to the Coflex system in the lumbar spine but converted to the cervical spine. I am not in favor of such a system. This device is designed to lock the vertebra into flexion as the position to prevent compression of the nerve root.

The normal relationship of two cervical vertebra is extension (which produces normal lordosis). Artificially holding the two vertebra in flexion will produce undesirable stress on the levels above and below.

Keep persevering. I do believe you can find a surgeon who has a good understanding of pain generators and can help you.

just enough that dozens of doctors that I have stolen the money for unnecessary medical visits and had the kindness and preparation that you’re showing me ..
I’m really depressed ’cause I could have the world in my hand, a thousand talents, instead I’m crying for years and I’m making my mother feel bad’ cause I’m always angry and locked up at home for the pain ..

It has been my experience that most physicians are not evil or significantly inconsiderate. Many physicians have training that limits their knowledge and many physicians do not expand their knowledge. They are limited by what they know.

I don’t know if this translates into Italian but the phrase; “If you have a hammer, the whole world looks like a nail” fits here.

I understand you, but they have played in my life with their inexperience and here people commit suicide because ‘the system is wrong ..
I would like her to talk with the super doctors who still pretend to forget about me, so he can ‘understand that they do their job just for the money ..
