ok , i do a new MRI of cervical spine today
and he shows buckling of ligament flavum in c3-4
    also some buckling in c4-5
this is not missing the problem what MRI January missed
Of course, ligament flavum can cause symptoms I feel .
Of course, if i can treat this with out surgery ,it is better
but if not , let this to block the nerves and weakness mussels more and also any more losses other functions of the body
(let this to continued without treat it is a bad choice )
** not see any change signal in the cord also
what u will do in this case (how you treat this if this cause the problem ?
i will do MRI of BRAIN (hope in the Next days ) but the problem i think come from the neck region

And we can surely this causes the problem
We needed brain MRI to make sure it comes from the neck .

Meni, if I thought that the ligamentum buckling would cause your problem, I would tell you. You again can find surgeon to open the canal further but I think that would not solve your problem. I thought you had a previous brain MRI but if not, that test would be helpful.

*** I printed this (a topic on cervical central stenosis ) from your website in the early October
and i know this :d. “Surgery for cervical central stenosis is designed to relieve pressure from spinal cord compression and/or spinal cord pinching and if there are already significant symptoms present, the relief of pressure on the cord should prevent future problems but may not be effective in relieving present symptoms. Surgery can include”
again :”he relief of pressure on the cord should prevent future problems but may not be effective in relieving present symptoms ”
what do think if this causes the symptoms (losses function )
all function return to early November ?
