measured your canal and it measures between 1.2 to 1.4 cm
But in the specific area on the MRI
before 3 months (what have slices of 0.8 mm)
U can measure the canal from AP it is 10-11 mm in area of center lef c3-4 level see
Please soo all the long the canal average 12-15 mm but in
The c3-4 central left area of the ligament flavum canal was 10-11 mm
See please (but this from middle November
The next MRI from January very confused because he didn’t show any compress little on axial T 2 but the slices are 3.3 mm
but if we looked to sagittal t 2 wee see that the ligament flavum line it is not normal the c3-4 ligament very non symmetrical line with other flavum very forward located (you see that ?
The last nerologicst recommended new MRI C SPINE and brain MRI also .also thoracic MRI but because i do thoracic before 2 mounts (he say enough to do c and brain more )

There is at least 4mm of CSF anterior to the cord which give plenty of room and the canal measures 1.4 cm which is normal. Yes, there is a posterior protrusion of ligamentum flavum but the cord lies on this without compression. If the MRI was performed with you lying on your stomach, the cord wound not have contact with that “mound” but lie on the disc spaces without compression. I would not consider you to have stenosis and would not feel compelled to perform a posterior decompression.

ן go to some nerologicst and them convenience that i do not have any nerologic diesase (not MS or something like this )
    I do MRI C AND T AND L Spine
My walking not looking like someone have MS ,i do not have carnial nervous involved .
Nerologicst testing brain physical examination Normal.
So this not look like MS ,and also not like other .
I know that my last MRI Confused ,but
**What a bout sagittal ligament flavum line ?(you can say something on this )
This if pressure on the spinal cord causes myelopathy (also lead to stroke heart attacks
This not big risk to take by not treatment the ligament flavum posterior .
This very bas if i get stroke or heart attacks because i didn’t get the treatment early .
Because i m see a lot of spine surgeon , nerosurgeon also 2 im USA consultant
and all of the problem causes by pressure of the ligament flavum posterior .

myelopathy does not lead to cardiac disease or stroke (“This if pressure on the spinal cord causes myelopathy (also lead to stroke heart attacks”).

The decompression surgery has some risks that should not be underplayed. It’s not as simple as removing the posterior lamina. I understand your stress and the need to “do something” and you probably will move ahead as you are being driven crazy by your symptoms. The symptoms however do not make sense based upon your pathology but I could be wrong. Surgical decisions are based upon risk of the disorder, what surgery can do to remove the disorder and the risks of surgery.

If you came to my office, I would recommend against surgery but I’m sure there are those who advocate surgery.

Another next stage on needles in the trunk.also tingling in part of body don’t have before 2 weeks .
Blood pressure was very high (arrived to 190 SYS or DIA 125 ) not happen to me before anytime in my Life.
Purse of heart also up in this day’s to 110 average and arrived to 130 in rest very not normal.
All this last started symptoms of blood pressure high ,pain a cross the spinal cord ,high purse ,come with the physical examination of upper Neron motor!
I will do NEW MRI of cervical spine by two days .(to see if any change of pressure or also any signal in the cord.
MRI brain will be after because the cervical region more important.
    Not have carnial nervous involved.

One dr from Florida,i do ZOOM consultant with him
    Before more one mount .
He gave me price of 80000$ for surgery laminectomy two levels including hospital and all (recommended me to find good spine surgeon in my country and do the surgery in my country .
He says this simple operation (he say this take him 10 minutes to do and he could do this Via 1 inch incision .
I not believe all what he say but the main Idea of to treat this early if this causes symptoms i completely agree with him .
This consultant cost me 750$ with this dr .
He recommended to find surgeon but i didn’t find (most of them not think i need to surgery with the MRI scan
    Just
(**1 surgeon in my country recommended laminectomy before one month and after he see the MRI from January
He not convinced that ligament compress on the spinal cord (so he writes report not recommended surgery now )
The dr i do with him zoom meeting is :
He do very famous YouTube video EXPLAINING the topic cervical stenosis
How this happened, what the treat from started of laminectomy via fusion .
He says:”if you started lossing function do it soon ”
He say “i fix that hope this is because if it what is this it simple and the future this could be more complicated .
