So far my running once a week is going well. I ran last night and felt fine but this morning i feel a verry light light light tingle at times near left ankle. Not sure if i can even say its really a light burning or not.
Is this anything i need to be concerned about or sounds like nothing really?
Don’t spend too much time assessing minimal symptoms. If the symptoms stop you or prevent activities, then pay attention. Live your life. You will always have some mild symptoms.
