    Had grade o
    I spondylisthesis of sI and l5 l4 5 intervertebral disc narrowing with pair of pedical screws with bridging bars placed at l4 l5 and s1 with 4 fusions on the lower 4 disc surgery jan 2005 have pain daily are in so much pain today can not hardly walk what could be causing my pain please help.

    It sounds like you had a fusion of the L4-S1 levels due to a spondylolisthesis of L4-S1 or L5-S1. The two types are a degenerative or isthmic spondylolisthesis (see website).

    Continued pain could be from a lack of fusion (pseudoarthrosis) or degenerative changes of the level above. You need a work-up from a spine surgeon to determine what is causing your pain.
