    Sir
I had undergone operation for cervical disc prolapsed (C4 and 5) five years back. Now, I have the similar pain at my right neck which radiates to the right shoulder. I frequently use computer and driving of car. Kindly advise me the remedial measures.

You need a diagnosis. This would include a full history, a physical examination and imaging studies. The symptoms could originate from the prior surgery level if it did not fuse, from an adjacent level or even from the shoulder.
