What to do with your disorder has as much to do with your symptoms, how severe and how long you have had the symptoms as well as your disorders. See the section https://neckandback.com/conditions/how-to-describe-your-history-and-symptoms-of-lower-back-and-leg-pain/ to describe your symptoms.
