I’m 21 years old and got injured at work. I have back pain all day and my doctor says I’m fine. Had an mri done and it shows nothing. They have me working regular duty and it just makes it worse.

I cannot even begin to help you without much more information. See the section https://neckandback.com/conditions/how-to-describe-your-history-and-symptoms-of-lower-back-and-leg-pain/ to help understand how to describe what has happened.
