HELLO I HAD A CONCERN I HAVE BEEN HAVING HEAD PRESSURE FOR THE PAST FOUR MONTHS STEADY EVERY DAY. ALSO I HAVE PINCHING SENSATION IN NECK. MY DOCTOR SENT ME FOR A MRI THE MRI SHOWED
    MRI OF CERVICAL SPINE NECK
C4-5 AND C5-6 SHOWS THERE IS CONCENTRIC UNCOVERTEBRAL HYPERTROPHY 1mm WHICH
IN CONJUNCTION WITH FACET HYPERTROPHY AND LIGAMENTA
FLAVA LAXITY PRODUCES NO CENTRAL CANAL NARROWING AND SLIGHT BILATERAL
    NEURAL FORAMINAL

COULD THIS BE CAUSING HEAD PRESSURE IT DOESNT HURT JUST PRESSURE IN HEAD

Pressure in the head is rarely associated with the C4-6 region degeneration. This pressure sensation can be related to degeneration of the occiput to C3 region (very top of the neck) but this should be found on an MRI and X-rays.

“Head pressure” will not be associated with the lower spine (lumbar spine) unless you have had a previous intervention in the lumbar spine such as an injection or surgery. You are thinking of a dural leak which will cause headache while upright and will improve with lying down.
