The link you provided was very short and only demonstrated a quick one view sagittal T2 image which is not diagnostic. However, there was no significant degenerative change in that quick view. Again, I would see a pain specialist who does injections to see if you could be a candidate for facet blocks and possibly RFAs. Sorry but I can’t leave hyperlinks here due to viruses.

“You could have had onset from hitting the side of a pool with your head. Your surgeon reviewed your MRI found degenerative discs and did not feel you were a candidate for surgery”
i under stand more on the neck from my learn start in 2016 really after this .
the facet more compress and close each other (becase the disc is collapse or thin also )
so the years after injury ,get the break artitis in neck (more work on joint and its not to be like this )
so what u mean and i m under stand with the contact with wall its full (i don’t know how much power presser on the head and on the line of the head its continue to 10 cm on my cervical spine
and after i live with this (put 12 lbs head on the the neck every day on the injury neck
also more lbs when head goes more forward but the most effective is the trauma with the wall in pool
what do u think (i have disc problem uper neck 5-6 in 2016 mr look 3.81 mm high

i want upload to clear image with localizer u see where is the line
i can share with u xr (from some year ) and u see the joint is more close (i know how to see that but not now how to see this on the mri. today i think i goes to spindolotits cervical (the disc effect on joint in some level )
