    In general, neck pain is not dangerous. IF you participate in PT with good results and standard daily exercise solves your pain problems, then you can stop there. If your pain continues in spite of PT, then I would recommend the next step would be a visit with a pain specialist to see if you are a candidate for facet blocks and RFA (radio-frequency ablations).

    in some parts (my very point is u see my image i m upload to under stand what i mean (disc high mm and the health of uper neck 2-5 level disc compared to 5-7 level ( very clear with my accident in the pool very effect in uper disc )
    ok (i under stand that neck pain has a lot of problem and most of cases not need operation like surgery
    i read u r in your early career be chiropractic so u really now the spine also from
    this point .
    my injury was before 11 years and this what call comulative trauma (the neck pain start just with trauma )
    i do xr of spine (2 ,9 , and 26 days after injury and ct mount after (2010 and what )
    what really see in this image (u know the joint space (the image of ap disc space
    i see my xr the see not very good from this (ap c 2 days and 9 days after injury very change to image 26 days after injury ( i m just learning on the network this in your website also other .

    It is hard to understand the pathology from your description of the spine. Can you get a copy of the radiological report, put it through a Google translate program and paste it in this forum?
