That’s funny you should mention Scheuermann’s disease. I was diagnosed with that a very long time ago. I don’t know if my doctor couldn’t see it or if the other doctor mis-diagnosed me. I just got a copy of my medical records since 2009 since my problem became chronic. I could send them with my films if you would like when I receive them but I have to say that there is about an inch thick of them. If you want me to thin them out I can but they are only related to my condition nothing more. I also believe that the spondylolysis was a typo after finding info stating I was diagnosed with spondylosis before one of my surgeries then spondylolysis after the surgery.

Send the latest studies that would include the latest MRI, CT scan, X-rays with flexion and extension views and any clinical consults.

Hi Dr. Corenman. I believe I have finally been sent all the information that you asked for. I spoke with Sarah and I will mail everything including the forms tomorrow hopefully. With any luck they should be there late this week or early next week. Once again I want to thank you for your time and interest. I’ll be waiting to hear from you.

Roughly 95% of the pain is in my lumbar area and only minor leg and foot numbness. I have degenerative disc disease at L4-L5 and L5-S1. As stated in my post operative discharge papers, I was noted to have spondylolysis with hypermobility at L4-L5. I have not received all of my most recent films yet but when I do, I will send them to your office.
I find it amazing that you take the time to do this for all these people. I’ve never met a doctor who would chat outside of the office and do it without pay!!! You are a great person truly trying to help people. Thanks again.

I agree with you. If it was cost effective for me. I would go to Vail, Colorado to address my neck and back issues.
