Start by describing your symptoms https://neckandback.com/conditions/how-to-describe-your-history-and-symptoms-of-neck-shoulder-and-arm-pain/.

Then place the radiological report on this forum.

Then I can give some advice to you.

The collision with the wall and your subsequent neck pain deserve an X-ray with flexion/extension views. The impact could have caused a fracture or aggravated a preexisting problem that was quiet before. No arm pain (shoulder pain only) may indicate either a higher level disorder (C2-5) or a lower injury without nerve compression.

The problem did not exist before the blow for sure , I tell you .
After the blow very hard pain in the neck for a long time afterwards until now 6 years
Neural weakness sometimes as sharp jabs neck shoulders and behind the shoulders .
Sometimes Nimlolim palms of hands .
Even after the blow has creaking noises from the area of the neck in the vicinity of the head .

You need a good workup from a spine surgeon.
