    Dear Sir,
    Thanks a lot for your valuable response. To answer your queries u made in the reply out of the 4 reasons necessary for surgery I have low back pain as well as nerve compression causing pain radiating down the leg (max up to knee), it occurs in my right leg, but some times in both. When I feel the pain radiating it gives me too much of problem. But as a patient I am not sure whether I m having motor weakness or not.
    Another point is that I can’t say that Physical therapy fails, as gives significant improvement, but not getting result as per expectation.
    While checking doctor put pressure on my big toe with his hand and told me to lift it up…after that he told me that the EHL of right leg is Grad 4, which indicates next to next problem which can come across is “Paralysis”.He also added in worst case, the existing problem may lead to “impotency” also. I am too much concerned about this and also about post surgical effects (if surgery is taken at last).
    Please advice me.
