From our last talk, I noticed that the pain I had in the actually back went away 2 days after it started. I still have pain on the left side at the calf and butt area when standing or walking. Its tolerable but still there. Not as bad as it was before surgery but still that dull ache pain in those 2 areas.

As far as the opposite goes it still has the occasional burn at times. Nothing has changed with that.

Is it time to consider an MRI?

I started chiropractic manipulation also at theropy. But that or theropy itself did not make me sore or anything like that. Ive just been icing area for now and taking advil and use my foam roller.

Bent my back reaching down right before trip and drive did it. I’m sure move and mow huge yard was too much.

That pain as so bad in back it was a struggle getting out of bed. After 2 days that pain in back was gone. All I have now is that nerve pain in left calf and butt that I had before surgury.

The opposite side same. No change there.

Hopefully just something aggravated. The move, doing yard work over weekend and trip may have taken it’s toll on me

Something went realty wrong.we left yesterday for road trip. Before leaving I bend my back when reaching down and felt discomfort in lower back. After the 9 hour drive and sleeping it’s worst. Pain has not been this bad since surgury.
